I've answered some of the most common questions I receive below to help you feel confident in your purchase. If you need anything further, please reach out.
MATERIALS & WEAR
Will my jewellery tarnish?
My pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel, with gold-tone finishes applied using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition). This process is more durable than traditional plating and is designed for long-lasting wear.
However, all jewellery can naturally change over time depending on exposure to moisture, skin chemistry, and wear habits.
Can I wear my jewellery in water?
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exposure to water. While stainless steel is highly resistant, water, salts, and chemicals can gradually affect the finish and overall longevity.
Is JADYX jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is generally well-tolerated and suitable for most people with sensitive skin. However, individual sensitivities can vary, and I cannot guarantee suitability for everyone.
Will the gold colour fade?
PVD coating is designed to be more durable than standard gold plating, but over time, some softening of the colour may occur depending on wear and care.
High friction points like clasps and jump rings can fade faster due to constant movement.
Following the care guidelines will help preserve the finish for longer.

Are your bead earrings fragile?
The Goddess fringe earrings are carefully handcrafted and designed to move beautifully. While they are delicate by nature due to the many individual beads and fringes, they are also perfectly capable of a night out dancing. They are made to be enjoyed without fear of breaking.
The tension in the fringes is prone to changing depending on weather conditions and wear habits. If the fringes are looking too relaxed, store them laying flat. If the fringes are looking to tight, store them hanging.
Are your gemstones real?
I use natural gemstones in my pieces, including labradorite, garnet and other stones.
Each piece will vary slightly in colour and pattern, which is part of its unique and natural character.
Some gemstones, like the Forest Quartzite, are colour enhanced natural stones.
How do I choose the right necklace length?
Product descriptions include chain lengths to help guide your choice. All necklaces come with extensions tails so you can customise the length as needed. As a general reference:
• Chokers sit close and high on the neck
• Short chains rest along the collarbone

ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. This can vary as I make all my pieces by hand and in small batches. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to assist, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
Do you accept returns?
I accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
