Every effort has been made to make your JADYX shopping experience feel seamless and easy - from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Due to these items being handmade and small batch crafted, this can sometimes be longer.
Shipping Method
Free standard shipping is provided on all orders.
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes (Australia)
• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and peak periods.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Packaging
All of the packaging (excl. mailer box) is handmade by me from quality materials.
Besides the velvet pouch, all packaging materials are biodegradable.
Handmade gift boxes are available to add on at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Therefore, returns are welcome on eligible items to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.
Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact me if you have any questions, I want to make sure you're 111% happy with you're Goddess Earrings.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong piece, I will make it right!
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal service. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out and I will assist in resolving the issue.
